	Schedule a day for the student to shadow and attend classes at University High School. Students should bring a notebook, pen/pencil and some pocket money for snacks. We provide lunch. To schedule a shadow date, please telephone Director of Admission Nancy Webster at 317-733-4475, ext. 102.
	Register to take the Independent School Entrance Examination. The school code for University High School is 154010.
	Complete the application for admission and submit it with the $50 application fee.
	Complete the consent for student record release* and give it to student’s current school. Ask the school to send a copy of student's complete records, including grades, testing results, immunization records and attendance records, to University High School.
	Request a letter of recommendation from student’s current faculty or administration using this form*. Have recommenders send the form directly to Nancy Webster, director of admission, via mail or fax.

The Office of Admission is located in Richard M. Fairbanks Hall and meetings with the director of admission take place there. When the applicant's file is complete, the director of admission will notify the family of the student's admission status.
