Open House Events
Choosing a high school based on a website is like buying a car based on a newspaper ad -- you don't really know whether the car runs well or if it is a good choice for you. We invite you to visit campus. A campus visit will give you the chance to meet faculty and students and to observe their interactions in the classroom. You can see how University High School cultivates student growth and success.
University High School welcomes visitors at any time of the year. To schedule a visit, contact the Admission Office. The school also holds several Open House events during the year. During the Open House events you can:
- Meet award-winning faculty
- Talk with our head of school, the director of college counseling and the director of admission
- Chat with current students and parents
- Investigate course offerings
- Hear about the non-traditional January Term
- Tour the 115-acre campus
- Learn about the formal mentoring program
- Discuss the four-year college-counseling program
- Explore school clubs and extracurricular activities

With advance notice, we welcome visitors to the classroom. We want you to see our faculty and how they interact with the students.
The best way to see all we have to offer is to observe University High School first-hand.
When I visited, I couldn't believe how friendly everyone was. I knew right away that I would fit in here!
