University High School Parent Association

DSC_3557The University High School Parent Association (PA) supports University High School’s philosophy, programs, and activities for the benefit of all students. The UHS PA facilitates communication and parent education, as well as encourages and coordinates volunteerism, and it fosters a spirit of inclusion, partnership, and cooperation among the entire school.

The PA has a board of directors that comprises nine parents. Four parents hold executive board positions, and five hold at-large positions focused on specific functions or activities. Each year in May, a slate is presented to fill all positions, and elections are held at the May general meeting.

August 23 at 8:30 a.m. — Insider’s Guide to UHS & Campus Tour (with donuts, coffee, and juice)
October 25 at 7:00 p.m. — Topic TBD
February 21 at 7:00 p.m. — Hot Teen Topics for Parents (plus a meet and greet with spring coaches)
March 21 at 8:30 a.m. — January Term 2017 Sneak Peek (with donuts, coffee, and juice)
May 23 at 7:00 p.m. — UHSPA Officer Election and End-of-School Celebration
