2023-28 Strategic Plan

Throughout our history, the transformative nature of a University education has not wavered. We believe that education is about people first, and that relationships drive deeper learning. To achieve these ideals, we must be the best stewards of our resources to ensure the long-term success of the institution. Commitment to these ideals, even through the disruption of the last five years, drives us with a renewed clarity of focus. As a result, The Board of Trustees adopted the following strategic plan to complete the transition from University’s first two decades as a young institution into its current position as a fully enrolled, top-choice school.

This plan focuses on four key areas—Premier Programs, Community Engagement, Long-Term Financial Stability, and Leadership and Legacy. Under each key area, you’ll see goal statements, and under the goal statements are key initiatives. A goal statement represents an achievable visionary end state of success. A key initiative is an achievable project or plan that will move us toward the goal statement. The active years of this plan are 2023-2028, which will encompass the 25th anniversary of the school.
