University High School provides calendar information through several channels to keep you informed:

• Parent and student portals: The most accurate and up-to-date source for daily schedules and school events is your parent or student portal. Updates appear here immediately, ensuring you have the latest information.
• Eventlink: All athletic events are posted on Eventlink. To access these, visit Eventlink, create an account, and subscribe to the calendars that interest you. Be sure to select University High School in ZIP code 46032. Eventlink allows you to choose specific sports and avoid clutter.

University High School uses our portals (Veracross) to schedule all school events except Athletics, where we use EventLink. You can synchronize Veracross and EventLink with most calendar programs, including Google Calendar, iCal, and Outlook. For instructions, look in the appendix (V.) of the Student-Parent Handbook. Parents can find the handbook in their portal under “Parent Resources.” You may also contact Associate Head of School Dave Vesper at dvesper@universityhighschool.org.

For the most current daily schedule and school events, check the portals directly.
