On Tuesday, February 7, UHS held its annual Blue Bash and welcomed dozens of admitted students in the Class of 2027 and their families!
Andrews Hall was packed with current and incoming Trailblazers and families, faculty, and plenty of balloons! Attendees enjoyed blue-themed food and desserts and received University t-shirts and swag. The evening included remarks from Head of School Alicia LaMagdeleine, Directors of Admission Nancy Webster and Taylor Newell, and Director of Communication and incoming Director of Admission Ashley Crockett-Lohr.
Music Director Daniel Knox led two amazing musical performances—one by the UHS pep band and also a themed performance played entirely on pots, pans, and other non-traditional musical instruments!
The newest Trailblazers were also invited to join us as we cheered on the varsity boys basketball team in their win against La Lumiere in the U Center.
