What do you like about working at University High School?

From the first day I was here, I was impressed by the friendliness and familiarity among students and teachers at University High School. I believe the uniqueness of University lies in the creation of long-term relationships between all its stakeholders; that is what I like the most. I love the idea that this place feels more like a family that has embarked together on a limitless learning journey.

Personal Information

I am married with three children. Manuel graduated from Purdue and lives in Chicago. Luz graduated from Xavier University and is currently doing a year of service in California. Susi is still a student at University of Cincinnati. I love to spend time with my family and friends, run, cook and travel. I was born and raised in Mexico City, and I’ve been married to my husband Carlos for 30 years.
