What do you like about working at University High School?
I love the fact that I know all my students. And this is what makes working here so rewarding and enjoyable. This is a school that values and encourages meaningful relationships between the students and faculty. It is these relationships that help students recognize and realize their potential.
Personal Information
I am married to Melanie Priest, and I have four children, three of whom are graduates of University High School. Away from school, I love spending time in the outdoors hiking and backpacking with my children. I also love to read and travel. My oldest son (UHS alum 2010), Rory Priest, was married a month ago in Italy and Audrey Priest (UHS ’23) served as officiant and Keegan Priest (UHS alum 2020) was the best man. I cried a lot.
