Three scholarships are available to fund January Term 2020 expenses. Students must apply to be considered for these scholarships.
Interested students should write a short essay, one page or less, about why they would like to take a specific J-Term course and what it would mean to them. Essays should be submitted to Adrianne Glidewell Smith by 3 p.m. on Monday, May 6, when registration also closes.
Selected students must have financial need, as determined by Mike Hagan, and be in good standing, meaning not on academic or disciplinary probation.
Please note that depending on the J-Term course you select, the scholarship may or may not cover all of the cost of the course.
