
Callie comes to University with extensive acting and teaching experience, the latter from teaching stints at Anderson University and, currently, IUPUI. She has directed musicals at Noblesville High School and recently directed the first communication studies production at IUPUI in over 20 years. She is heavily involved in local theatre, including the Wisdom Tooth Theatre Project in Indianapolis. She has a BFA in Acting from Anderson University and an MFA from the Vancouver Film School.
Callie has much other notable experience, including work on blockbuster films as an actor while she studied at Vancouver Film School, work on the house improv team at the Laugh Factory Times Square in New York City, work as the assistant artistic director at the SoHo Playhouse in New York City, work on Comedy Central, and voice work in several anime cartoons and in Nintendo games, such as My Little Pony and The Legend of Zelda. She is currently the first and only female writer on Indiana’s “Bob and Tom Show,” and she acts on the show as well.
