The IHSAA girls basketball state tournament began on Tuesday, and University High School is excited to be the host school for Sectional 58.
With their 57-49 victory over Indiana School for the Deaf, the Trailblazers advance to the sectional semifinal. They will face Charles A. Tindley Accelerated School on Friday at 6 p.m. in The U Center. The winner of the semifinal game will advance to the sectional championship on Saturday at 7:30 p.m.
All games will be held in the gym at UHS, and doors open one hour before tip-off. Admission costs are $6 per session (one night of sectional games) and $10 per season (all sectional games). Because this is an IHSAA event, all guests will need to pay admission, even members of our Trailblazer Club.
