Designed specifically for University students, this certification pathway builds on coursework already offered at UHS. Students who have previously enrolled in or are currently enrolled in Advanced PE Yoga & Mindfulness can count those class hours toward their certification. The remaining requirements are completed through a flexible hybrid model that combines self-paced online learning with in-person weekend intensives, allowing students to complete the full program by June 2026.
This training is about far more than earning a credential. Participants will develop confidence, communication skills, and a deeper understanding of physical and mental wellbeing. The program emphasizes leadership, teaching methodology, and personal growth, opening doors to opportunities during high school, college, and beyond.
