On Friday, May 26, University High School held its annual Ulympics, an all-school competition for the school community to come together and celebrate the end of the school year!
Each year, UHS Stewardship plans and executes several Ulympics competitions, such as sports games, trivia, a spelling bee, Super Smash Bros., an art show, and more.
The event is held the afternoon after Prize Day. Students are divided into Ulympics teams, which are a combination of all of the grade levels and distinguished by team colors. Senior captains serve as team leaders and students and faculty on each team compete in each competition.
The day featured a variety of food trucks, their Yearbook pick ups, a fierce tug-of-war competition and the Ulympics closing ceremony where the Pink Team won this year’s trophy!
