Athletic registration is now open in FinalForms for the 2026-27 school year. A parent will need to log into their existing account using this link, then click on the blue rectangle that says, CLICK TO SWITCH TO 2026-27 REGISTRATION. (Parents of incoming siblings may add their new student by clicking the black button, “Add Student.”. All basic information will automatically populate.)
Please sign up now, even if you are unsure whether you will participate, so you can begin to receive information from coaches about player pack deadlines, meetings, and any summer team activities. Fall 2026 player gear will be ordered in May/June, so it is crucial to have all interested athletes registered soon!
Be sure to make any updates to your information (address, phone, medical, etc.), then a parent should electronically sign each form. Students should look for emailed instructions from Final Forms to sign their part as well.
New and returning 2026-27 student-athletes will need to upload a valid physical exam (performed by a physician after April 1, 2026) before their sports season begins to be athletically eligible. All FALL athletes (and any winter or spring athletes participating in off-season open gyms or workouts at the start of the school year) will be required to have a valid IHSAA physical uploaded to their account by July 31, 2026.
